Lovely place with welcoming people. The language barrier made me feel like it was hard to talk to my hair dresser. I also noticed some pretty rookie mistakes I had to go and correct myself when I got home. Not as tidy as it should have been. Bits of hair left uncut in places. Great tea too btw.

The staff were super nice and friendly and although I was kept waiting a little while, at the end of my appointment they offered a gift card toward my next appointment which was a lovely gesture and totally made up for the wait.

The hairdressers are all very friendly. Great atmosphere. Marco is an amazing hairdresser, he's a perfectionist and really pays attention to the clients needs and doesn't mind spending extra time perfecting a blowdry.

I booked an eyebrow wax on a whim and was in and out in 15 minutes, staff were lovely and delighted with the treatment
