Owner Valerie has over two decades experience covering an extensive range of therapies with qualifications in reflexology, aromatherapy, Thai Yoga, stress management and the complete range of massage techniques.

Valerie's approach is 100% client focused, assessing each client through personalised consultation to ascertain any stresses and natural wear and tear within the body. Using a range of tailored pressure techniques her massages can treat a range of ailments and common complaints. Depending on your choice of massage, her treatments can help release manifestations of upsets, traumas or blockages and even help clients living with medical conditions.

If you're coming by car there is limited parking available nearby. Appointments are flexible with late night opening available every weeknight until 8pm.
