I paid for BIAB but received shellac with 1 layer of nail strengthener underneath. When I queried it, the staff really pushed that it was BIAB - from an unlabelled bottle. I then went elsewhere for BIAB and received the thick, gel like builder base that I had expected. It’s just disappointing really as I paid the BIAB price for shellac
