I had a very enjoyable massage with Fiona last week which absolutely got rid of my irritable back pain from sitting at a desk all day. Fiona is a very talented masseuse and I would recommend her sports massage for anyone with tight muscles, DOMS or chronic back soreness.

Very friendly welcome by Fiona. Fiona asked lots of questions, obviously wanted to gather all the information to build a picture of what was going on with me!
She did an assessment and gave me some exercises to do. These exercises are also my homework! Fiona then gave me a massage......This worked wonders!! Talk about hitting the spot.
I am looking forward to returning for two more treatments. The best part of this is feeling stronger so I can get back to exercising like I used to!! Putting up with pain is not the way to go or letting yourself 'get used to it'......
I would highly recommend Fiona.
