My appointment was at 5.10 and when I arrived the girl told me they were closing at 5,30. I had to choose an easier design because of the delay but I appreciate that she stayed longer to finish. I would recommend to clean the tools and seal them.

I had a waxing appointment booked at 10am last Monday in Maynooth. I received a confirmation email & then a confirmation text on the Sunday. On arrival I was told the appointment was in Celbridge. I then went to Celbridge & the salon was closed. I rang the mobile number but was not working multiple times. Beyond disappointing as I was heading away on Tuesday. Very unprofessional & unacceptable management of appointment scheduling.
