This wasn't Sonia, it was a new lady once I arrived, Sonia always does a great job but today the new lady ignored everything I said about my brows and made them so skinny and uneven, the shape is all over the place, and tinted them almost black when I have light brown hair. I communicated very clearly with her and whenever I've been here in the past I've been delighted, but today I couldn't stop crying after my appointment as my eyebrows have been ruined :(

Great attention to detail.Reena is extremely thorough.
Only downside is v public near front of shop it would be much better if it was more private
