I arrived 5 mins before my appointment, the lady before me was late. I didn't have any problem with that, Sonia very professionally dealt with the suitation and rescheduled me, I had a browse around the shop . Thank you 😊

The venue is ok but would prefer a more private area than at the main entrance. Sonia is very pleasant and professional and I’m always happy with the treatmebt
