I usually visit on Saturdays. So I had a different lady today. The finished look was exactly what I wanted without having to explain. Very happy with result. Also use of app is great. The lady was busy with someone else. I just booked online and got the next appointment 10 mins later without having to disturb her. Very reliable app.
