Pretty is a good therapist. I usually go to Sonia, who I find excellent, but she was away. I don’t like the venue at all. There’s no privacy and the chair is wonky. However it’s convenient and it’s easy to get an appointment.

Bit too exposed in the window, bit embarrassing to have treatments in such an open environment. Staff are lovely though and the results are very good

I found the store was quite cluttered the area wasn’t very clean and she didn’t even have a small mirror to use to check afterwards
