Shaping of brows is ok. Tint used seems to be darker than requested (more blue black instead of dark brown). Tint is also too much on the skin (rather than brow) which we tried to fix at appointment, but that seemed to be just a general wipe of the brows rather than targeted at the affected areas. Had to fix it up once I returned home
