Always a great experience

I had a booking but was late 15mins. The Indian staff let me sit on the available costumer chair while she is doing the other lady and promised she will do my threading if the other booked lady will come late. She wanted me to move out from the chair she offered where the late costumer will be sitting. The staff rebooked me for another hour but she is not sure if she will my threading. I was waiting for nothing I also have a booking and other costumers came late as well. I went out, I felt bad.
