Very handy brow bar in the pharmacy. They made sure to clean everything down between clients and sanitise hands/equipment etc regularly.

I turned up for my appointment and the therapist was on her phone. She then had to spend 10 minutes cleaning everything down. I can understand that cleaning between appointments is important, but then she should have been doing that before I arrived instead of being on her phone. Eventually 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start she was ready.
Then on my eyebrows, I asked to keep the thickness but just tidy up. But she took a lot of hairs from the eyebrows themselves. It was very disappointing
