The lady doing my eyebrows was was lovely and so pleasant. Talked me through everything as it was my 1st tint.was very through and gentle. I was very happy with the end result. Would highly recommend threads exceptional service and not to expensive.

Horrendous experience. I was charged €60 and normally get charged €40. I wouldn’t mind paying if I felt I was hair free but I most certainly was not. She even asked me if I would use wax instead! I have fine blond hairs so I understand these are difficult to see but not impossible. I’ve been a loyal customer for well over 10 years but I will never be back. I have debated over leaving this review but feel it is my duty to ensure other people don’t waste money going into Shanaour.

I’ve been going there a long time, and every time I have an appointment it’s always been a very pleasant experience, and the ladies are exceptional and so talented.
