Horrendous experience. I was charged €60 and normally get charged €40. I wouldn’t mind paying if I felt I was hair free but I most certainly was not. She even asked me if I would use wax instead! I have fine blond hairs so I understand these are difficult to see but not impossible. I’ve been a loyal customer for well over 10 years but I will never be back. I have debated over leaving this review but feel it is my duty to ensure other people don’t waste money going into Shanaour.
