I booked this salon because it specified that hot wax is used. This was not the case. The waxer did not remove all hair and I have visible bruising all over the area that was waxed. The therapist did not use gloves while performing a Hollywood wax and dipped the spatula back into the wax after applying it to my skin.

Great experience. The lady who washed my hair was amazing felt like a head massage. Hair cut was great. so happy leaving thanks
