Salon was fine, doesnt open at 8.30 am like the treatwell site said. I was booked for 8.30, waited and left before 9, rang on my way home and they said they just opened at 9. Sandy was very obliging and still did my hair at 9.10 but not sure if they knew I had booked. Hair looked well after the initial mishap.

Hi I had a voucher for this salon.
When my nails were finished the manager told me that they cannot accept my voucher because I booked my appointment on Treatwell and I could use the voucher another time. It says no where that I couldn't book online.
I ended paying full price of 22 euro and leaving with my voucher.
The manager was insisting I pay her 22 euro. I gave the girl who did my nails a 3 euro tip.. It wasn't her fault. I
left feeling very angry. I noticed
