The girls were nice but the organization was terrible, watched a girl who had booked an appointment wait 1h to be seen as there was only 2 staff on and they were over booked. Paid €45 for a full set of acrylic nails that began to lift after just 3 days, after 5 days 4 had come off. Having gotten sets done over the years the girl clearly did not know what she was doing. My nails were poorly prepped and everything was hand-filled which led to a very uneven finish. 1000% would NOT recommend.

I asked for lowlights and even show a picture of hair that I hope to get and end up got black hair with orange streaks.. I was devastated and completely opposite what I asked for. I didn’t ask for black as I asked for brown with warm colour such as light brown and blonde lowlights.. Black hair will be extremely difficult to remove and will leave my hair damaged.. so disappointed!
