Booked in for 3pm, when I went in no staff spoke to me or checked my temperature. Another client had to tell a hairdresser I was there for an appointment, staff told me the person I was booked with wasn't working today. Manager came out and asked could I wait 10 mins I waited 20 then walked out. Very unprofessional staff very unhelpful and rude. Saw me sitting there with a young child and didn't speak to me until some had to tell them Will not be back, wish I read reviews before booking here

Im delighted with my shellac on hands sandy was very professional . Wore full PPE at all time..i will defiantly return after lockdown!!
