When I entered the salon it was like they weren't expecting me.
I was sitting in a seat for 30 minutes, no one came near me to see how I was.
I mentioned that there customer service was a disaster and that I was writing a bad review.
I would not go back even though it's near me.

My appointment wasn’t forwarded on to the salon from Treatwell which was very disappointing. I would advise calling them after you book on treatwell to make sure your appointment is in the book. Sharon kindly fit me in among all her other clients and her service was brilliant.
