A little bit hectic with lots of people waiting when I got there, they were struggling to keep to appointment times. It was Christmas but I was seen 40 mins after my booking...otherwise manicure was good and thorough!

Great value for money and experienced therapists, very friendly. Usually have a wait of 30mins so maybe they just don’t turn people away which is fair enough if you don’t mind waiting. Not sure they check their appointment book too often. But I’m always happy with the work they do so I can live with all that. I’ll def go back.
