It was an uncomfortable environment. Some staff were incredibly unprofessional, sitting with their phones on loud scrolling, making fun of clients coming in to book an appointment, calling another client who was not there a and c**nt. e retur

I went in today to get an eyebrow threading and tinting. It was the worst threading I have ever had, they took half my eyebrow off :( I would not recommend getting eyebrows done here
