I booked a blowout on Treatwell. When I arrived, I asked for curls, as I had already called to exchange, but I couldn't get through to them. The Irish hairdresser (Elain) was annoyed and said I should have booked it correctly. She raised her voice, shouted that they were busy, said I was talking too much and refused to see me. The asiátic woman intervened and finished my hair.
It’s unfortunate that the owner might not be aware that one staff member is negatively affecting the salon’s atmosphere

It was an uncomfortable environment. Some staff were incredibly unprofessional, sitting with their phones on loud scrolling, making fun of clients coming in to book an appointment, calling another client who was not there a and c**nt. e retur
