I'm very careful about pedicures, and the scissors and other tools used weren't sterile. Even though I told them I had an ingrown toenail, they didn't clean it thoroughly. The nail polish was applied without a top coat, and when I explained that it needed to be done, they completely wiped it off and reapplied it. It was a very sloppy experience.

Extremely pleased with Linda's expertise in Biab and applying my cat eye effect design. She also advised on a more suitable nail shape to my current nails and I couldn't be more happy with the result.
