I had been to this nail salon before and really liked it. Unfortunately, yesterday was quite disappointing. I showed the mail artist a picture of ombré nails i would like. I was never asked if i liked them before they were done, and they were not what i has asked for at all. When i explained this, the nail artist was quite rude and said i would have to pay more. I offered to get another nail colour, but she said i wasn’t allowed. She did the nails again, again not asking if i liked them.

All of my lashes are ripped off basically left with no natural lashes, alot of pulling and poking during the removal. Terrible terrible experience
