I booked for a 45 minute appointment. I was out in 30 minutes at the most.
The lady that did my hair (not Laura) was lovely, although I am not sure she knew what I had booked and paid for.
It was a basic blow dry with minimal product used.
They weren't aware I had paid on line the day before.

There is a lovely warm, welcoming atmosphere from the minute you walk through the door. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgable when it comes to advice on your hair. I would highly recommend.
