When I booked both services i specifically chose Natalya as my stylist, however, when i went in Natalya was instructed to attend to another client while another stylist did my Olaplex treatment. He was lovely but its not something I had expected as i had booked specifically her. Then once the treatment was finished I had to sit and wait for over 15 mins for Natalya to be done with the other client even though i did book her time specifically. Both services otherwise were brilliantly done.
