The last few times I have visited they have not been able to do the nail art designs that I would like (wanted blue chrome, they didn’t have. Wanted a certain cat eye design and they couldn’t do it.) other than this everything else is perfect :)

Normally give 5/5 for all categories but had 2 appointments this week & both were not on time. One appointment was 30/35 mins late & the other nearly 20mins. They need to sort it out as it's not fair on customers.
