As a regular client, I want to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences. During my last three visits, the staff was unable to honor my appointment times. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my manicure, and another 20 minutes before my pedicure could begin. I suspect this is due to system overbooking, and I highly recommend adjusting the scheduling to better respect clients' time
