The materials they used were of very poor quality. They didn't do the cuticles properly, and they rushed through the whole process. I wouldn’t spend another euro here. I think they need proper training. Nail manicures are a delicate task that should be done with care and expertise. Very disappointed.

Normall have Q but had someone else & left abit frustrated & upset. Had a repair & gave the colour but the girl wouldn’t listen & do her own thing. I explained it the wrong colour and she walked off. Q apologies on her behalf and completed my set
