firstly, when i got to the salon, there was no greeting the customer like had happened on previous occasions. the two members of staff just spoke to each other the whole time and laughing and joking with each other .. the girl doing my nails also took a personal phone call while holding the phone up to her ear and doing my nails at the same time which i think is really unprofessional
