Q was very professional and friendly when she did my pedicure. She was gentle yet thorough. I really enjoyed her. Emily applied my nail gloss and was also very kind and hospitable. I would highly recommend this place and these people who are so lovely.

She was removing my gel with the cutters, some gel got into my eye and hurt me a lot. She said 'my fault' and gave me a wet napkin, during the appointment she did not ask me how I was feeling. This is not 'customer care'.
