I got there at the time of my appointment, nobody acknowledged me while I stood there waiting. After 5 minutes one of the girls doing a set asked me what I wanted, I told her I had an appointment. She asked me to wait on a stool, and I waited for 40 minutes without anyone approaching me again. I ended up just walking out. Absolutely horrendous service, don’t prepay for your app if you’re going here because you’ll end up have it to wait around
