I recently chose the luxury manicure with polish and while the manicure itself was done well, the overall experience didn’t quite match the luxury feel I was expecting based on past visits. Some of the small touches, like the hand massage and extra attention to detail, were missing this time. It was still a pleasant service, but I missed those elements that made it feel more indulgent in the past. I hope they bring back those special touches that made the experience stand out!
