I had been coming here for months, but my last two visits were awful. One technician removed most of my acrylic without asking, then left me waiting over 10 minutes. Last time, another filed inside my nails with a drill, ignored my request to stop, and was condescending. The polish was rushed and scratched the next day. Service has become careless and unprofessional. Donāt take more clients than you can handle and listen to your customers.
