Always excellent Staff are nice and pleasant. They will do their best to make your experience nice. the venue is spotless. The vibe is nice and customers speak to each other discussing their treatments. there's a great range of colours for nails.

I recently chose the luxury manicure with polish and while the manicure itself was done well, the overall experience didn’t quite match the luxury feel I was expecting based on past visits. Some of the small touches, like the hand massage and extra attention to detail, were missing this time. It was still a pleasant service, but I missed those elements that made it feel more indulgent in the past. I hope they bring back those special touches that made the experience stand out!
