Booked online and then was told the hairdresser is running late & sat for another 10 minutes and was then told the hairdresser could be another 15/30 minutes late and there was 2 other people waiting for the same person so god knows how long we would have been left waiting as I was already there 20 minutes past my appointment time waiting
