My appointment though treat well was not accepted by the stylist. He said V studio accepts only appointments through FRESHA, and wouldn’t provide service to me. It was a real waste of time and it’s completely unacceptable. Disappointed and wouldn’t refer any of my friends.

I had my first ever 12 week blowdry, Roderigo explained everything before hand & could not of been nicer, he went out of his way advising me & took so much time with my hair, such a lovely sweet guy with a fabulous personality, will definitely come back

Booked this salon in walkinstown for an event. Got a message to confirm the booking. Sat in the salon for 40 minutes for them to then tell me they couldn’t do it because they couldn’t see the booking even though I had all confirmation of it.
Staff was only slightly apologetic and didn’t offer any sort of compensation or even try to resolve the situation. Took my name and number and never got back to me. I was late to my big event and not a bit of hair done for me.
