Had a different stylist to one mentioned here. After waiting almost 2 hours to be seen, he didn't do what I asked for at all.had to book into another salon straight after to get it fixed :(

I had a booking for 1.30 pm but was told that it had not appeared on their system or that treadwellwas not being used? I showed my treatwell confirmation for 15 euro. But I was charged 29 euro ? I paid and left. I trued to contact the manager Roberto. I am still waiting for a replyfrom him. I feel the staff here are very nice and e exceptionally polite and Maicon seems a super, polite and very competent stylist. My issue is with the management. It'sa false representation of their service!

The salon was closed when I got there and I had prepaid, never experienced anything like that, luckily got a last minute appointment in another salon.
