I had a massage with Valen before my race and it was absolutely amazing! She helped me release so much tension and get my body ready for the race. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing, and her hands are incredible.
I felt so much better and more relaxed afterwards, and it definitely helped me feel prepared for race day. She’s professional, caring and genuinely amazing at what she does. I would 100% recommend her and I’ll definitely be back! ❤️🏃♀️

I highly recommend Valentina. I booked a deep tissue massage with her. She listened carefully to my concerns, did a full body massage and focused in the areas that I carried more tension. I feel much better already and the headache is gone!
