I’m going to start off by saying don’t bother booking in here. When I arrived they told me they don’t use Treatwell so had no record of my booking. My hair was washed by a young girl and it was the worst hair wash of my life, she literally put shampoo in her hands and ran it through my hair, no proper wash and when I asked her to give it a good scrub i could hear her huff, she was engaged in a conversation with someone else in the salon and was clear she just wanted to get back to that chat she was having and be done with washing my hair. Then the WORSE PART was when I sat at the basin she put a towel around me and told me it might be cold but it wasn’t cold it was wet! They put a wet towel around me and then after she finished washing my hair she went over to a client she just washed before me and took the towel off her head and went to put it on mine. I was horrified. I use to work in a very well known salon and know how a boohoo blow dry should be done. The girl started my hair and at this stage she clearly realised how much under time pressure she was and started to rush my hair. Her sections were too big and my roots were left damp. When it was done I just wanted out of there. My hair was fuzzy because it wasn’t dried properly but I was in a rush because a 45 minute appointment had turned into a 2 hour and didn’t have time for my hair to dried again. I won’t be back. Too many good salons in clondalkin.

My first time at this salon , told to sit on a chair by the door unattended for 10 minutes being deafened by load music I was eventually gowned and left there for a further 5 mins without even being asked what I was having done. Had my hair washed and returned to seat which was riped on the arms, hair lodged in the skirting boards, filthy, I was shocked at the bad language been used by the staff while engaging in conversation with their clients. Horrible experience, will not be returning
