Where do I begin - When I first went to Vida Healing I was very depressed and in so much pain with neck issues ,shoulder problem (one of which I have a tear) and to top it off a hamstring tear I had been to so many other places but still found no permanent solution to my pain - Donna has worked with me and used Mia Facial Trigger Release - helping eliminate pain - mapping my body and following my path of injury - Nine months down the road I am pain-free and back in the gym and swimming - my exercise programme is completely different to before ,more strengthening and stretching, with Donna's help I am beginning to understand my body and what I need to do to keep on track- I am now on a Maintenance plan with Donna with a little Rehab Pilates thrown in - Donna has really changed my quality of movement , and helped me re ass life I guess - This is the first review I have ever written but I feel so strongly about the work Donna does and feel she could be the key to a lot of peoples pain I wish Donna all the very best in her business - I will continue to go to Donna to key my body in check .
