I didn’t receive a back facial. I received a back massage and a facial cleanse in my face. My aim was to treat the little acne in my back, there was no cleanse or unclogging or exfoliarion. Not sure if something was missed in translation but i didn’t get the service advertised. Nevertheless, the massage was very pleasant and relaxing. I think when they are late they should let you know if it is going to be over 10 mins.
