I have generally had great experiences with Villux and their services. However, I recently had a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment confirmed via Treatwell and email, but on the day, they were unable to accommodate me due to an internal mistake. This appointment was crucial for me as I was traveling the next day and had planned my entire day around it. Unfortunately, I was left waiting for an extended period without a solution and they didn’t honor the appointment.

I always go to Villux for my waxing treatments. All the staff there are so lovely, gentle, kind and create such a wonderful atmosphere. We always have a chat and a laugh, as well as feeling like they put me at ease for the waxing. The place itself is so calming, clean and to a very high standard. I love it.
