Masseuse was lovely and massage very good. There was far too much noise outside which took away from the relaxing atmosphere. There were people laughing loudly in the kitchen and men talking on the corridor. The facial was 30 mins however the masseuse left for 10 mins while mask was working. I thought maybe a head massage would have been good while the mask was working. My feet were uncovered and cold. Bit disappointed really.

My massage therapist, Lydia, was excellent, the venue was exceptionally clean and the whole Villux experience was very professional. I would definitely go there again and would recommend them very highly.
