What a fiasco of a Salon, I made my treatwell booking 2 days prior to the appointment, yet after getting my confirmatiom text msg, they could not find me on their system!! Some pathetic excuse was offered about "scheduling issues" & I was asked if I was prepared to wait over an hour until the thearpist was free...err no, was my reply!! The salon itself is above a Barbers shop, where the door to get in weights about 10 stone and not one man even tried to help me to get in, even though the was 9 of them, sitting there. The upstairs salon needs to be completely renovated. I can't comment on the services because my never happened, a terrible experience & couldn't possibly return, as they have zero booking system in place😕!!!

I was told when I had arrived that the 'app' had double booked me so come back in an hour and they'd squeeze me in - after agreeing that was fine, I then received a call to say they couldn't facilitate so it was cancelled - I had a feeling this would happen from the way the girls dealt with it - I felt like I was being fobbed off. I can get over that but when I spoke with the girl at reception she told me they'd tried contacting me to no avail prior and I must have input my number wrongly when booking on treatwell as I never replied - this is what really got my back up. I showed the girl treatwell had confirmed my appointment so I couldn't have input it wrongly to which I asked if I could see who she messaged - they input my number wrong to their system which I clearly saw when she showed me her text. Fine again - human error but putting the blame for their error on me twice really annoyed me to say the least! I see a few double booked comments here so take heed - especially if it's a last minute treatment for something important as mine was. I never right bad reviews but this was dealt with very badly - minus 5 for dealing with the situation!

I went there and they said they didn’t know about the appointment and that I had to call and book again. A waste of time.
