Very long delays. There was a lady waiting an hour beside me for her appointment. Scheduling andmanaging bookings really need attention

Nails were good but there was a miscommunication at the beginning which almost led to the treatment not being done properly. The results were so nice though and the girls were lovely

I had the best pedicure here on Sunday and the BIAB nails on my hands are also brilliant. I'm really pleased with the result and its good value based on the excellent work.
The one issue is timing - you will often not be seen at the time booked and may need to wait before being seen.
