when I arrived there were 4 customers in the salon with 1 guy working there. He told me to come back tomorrow even though I had booked an app on Treatwell and paid in advance.
I had to wait to have my nails removed and it still took almost 1 hour because he had to keep switching between clients.
Definitely need more staff, and I know this isn't always the fault of the Salon but if you are understaffed, please don't accept reservations on Treatwell.
