Well there was one of the technicians children going in and out like a yo-yo which I think is very unprofessional. Also there was a good few people left waiting, one woman came in and had a very abrupt manner. Was not a pleasant experience at all. I certainly wouldn’t be back

Left in tears: booked apt for 9am and PREPAID €30. arrived 8.55, waited until 9.15. Sign said open @ 10. Called salon 4 time, no ans. Left & Retuned @ 9.50 to request refund. Rudely greeted by owner who refused me refund or credit. Owner admitted she was late but Said I should have waited for her to arrive. Owner got aggressive so I left upset. My mum visited the salon on my behalf as I was so upset and insisted I got a refund, owner shouted @ her & made a scene staff and customers uncomfortable

Started ok but then 2 men training to do pedicure the trainer left them with me and then another girl came to Finnish my treatment not even asked was it OK I understand people have to be trained but not in this way very unprofessional
