Appoint was at 1pm but wen we got there people who 12pm appointments still hadn’t been seen

They were taking walk-ins what’s the point in appointment system

The nail techs in vip was pressured doing multiple clients at a time due to shortages but still managed to deliver the nails I asked for and liked. Very satisfied with the price and quality of work I got. I don’t think I got the nail tech I was assigned but credit goes for the lady who did mine she did well. I did get attended to late and finished a bit late other than that overall experience was good.

the salon was nice and clean the girls were short staffed and under pressure, as a salon owner myself i understand the situation they were in and i think they handled the volume of customers very well and still did a great job on my nails and i would recommend them to friends and family and i would would come again

I've been going to VIP nails for about 3 years and the quality of the treatment is always great. Recently however, their time management has been less than ideal. I arrived at 5.30pm for my appointment but did not get seen to until close to 6.15. I left at about 7.15pm, nearly 2 hours after I'd arrived. This could be improved by prioritising appointments over walk-ins (as both are treated equal in terms of being seen to). Not sure if I'll be back until time management is improved.

I arrive and there were already 5 clients siting at the nails desk and only 3 nail technicians so I waited for 20 min them I left. I did not wanted to wait 1 hour for a 20 min treatment. They alway overbooked
