Started ok but then 2 men training to do pedicure the trainer left them with me and then another girl came to Finnish my treatment not even asked was it OK I understand people have to be trained but not in this way very unprofessional

Pre Booked in today for an acrylic removal & file & polish. Short staff and too many people waiting. Walk ins were not turned down either and this meant it made pre booked appointments longer. The lady doing my nails was lovely but the wait times were too long for a pre booked appointment. Won’t be returning and would ideally like a refund but know I won’t get it.
