bit of a delay even though appointment pre booked but other than that, service is excellent.

Overbooked. Tense atmosphere. Would have left a good review despite this if my nails had been great but unfortunately not.

I was seen to 27 mins late for a 45 minute appointment when I explained to the girl doing my nails I needed to leave at a certain time she was very obliging and Iwasnt asked to change seats or switch and swap personnel she dealt with me quickly and was very professional and friendly the manager runs around like a headless chicken he tries to please everyone all the time and never says no to walk in clients maybe he should say no once or twice to give everyone time to finish one client at a time.
